In simple terms, cases that involve commercialization require a commercial, non-free license. Otherwise, the system can be used for free.
Cases of commercialization include but are not limited to:
- Using Arachni to provide commercial managed/Software-as-a-Service services.
- Distributing Arachni as a commercial product or as part of one.
- Using or distributing Arachni as a value added service/product.
The following cases of commercial use are exempt:
- Penetration testers (or penetration testing organizations) using Arachni as part of their assessment toolkit.
- Using Arachni to test your own systems.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
